We may collect non-personal data such as browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes (via Google Analytics).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely for educational and administrative purposes:

• To provide access to our Learning Management System (LMS) and live classes.
• To process tuition payments and issue receipts.
• To communicate class schedules, progress reports, and emergency updates.
• To improve our curriculum based on aggregate student performance.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent student data to third parties. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers who assist our operations:

• Communication: Zoom/Google Meet (for live classes), WhatsApp (for parent support).
• Development Tools: GitHub, Replit, Scratch (educational platforms).

As a global academy with operations in Nigeria and the UK, your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state or country. By submitting your information, you agree to this transfer strictly for the purpose of service delivery.
